紧密连接蛋白(Claudins)是细胞间紧密连接的主要结构之一,它与闭锁蛋白、细胞黏附蛋白、连接黏附分子、跨膜蛋白和细胞黏附分子共同组成细胞间紧密连接,可维持细胞极性和紧密连接的选择透过性。目前,至少26种Claudin分子已被发现,它们分布于多种组织中,其表达由多种途径参与,并具有组织特异性,其异常表达更与肿瘤的发生发展有密切联系。其中Claudin-1、Claudin-3、Claudin-4和Claudin-5在肺癌中有明显异常表达,可作为肺癌检测、诊断、治疗及预后判断等方面的分子标志,为肺癌及其他恶性肿瘤的诊断和治疗提供了新思路。
