本研究针对商用空调系统中采用平行流微通道冷凝器替代传统管片式冷凝器进行了实验研究,实验样件中的两种冷凝器迎风面积相等,微通道冷凝器芯体厚度比管片式冷凝器减少73%。实验结果表明:在3种标准制冷工况下,采用微通道冷凝器替代管片式冷凝器其空调系统制冷量相差不大,系统COP平均提高了2.45%,系统充注量由5 kg降为2.5 kg,材料成本减少38.5%。因此微通道冷凝器替代铜管铝翅片式冷凝器用于商用空调系统具有良好的研究价值和广泛的应用前景。
In this study, a parallel flow microchannel condenser was used to replace the traditional tube-type condenser in a commercial air-conditioning system. The two types of condenser in the experimental sample had equal windward area and the thickness of the microchannel condenser core was smaller than that of the tube type Condenser reduced by 73%. The experimental results show that the cooling capacity of the air conditioning system using microchannel condenser instead of tube-type condenser is not much different under the three standard cooling conditions. The COP of the system is increased by 2.45% on average and the system charging capacity is reduced from 5 kg 2.5 kg, material costs reduced by 38.5%. Therefore, microchannel condenser instead of copper tube aluminum fins condenser for commercial air-conditioning system has a good research value and a wide range of applications.
