纸机的提速节能改造是挖掘已建纸机潜能和降低运行成本的有效方法,但是改造必定存在一定的局限性,如受已有设备及厂房空间制约,有些在新建纸机上可以采用的新技术在旧纸机上就不一定适用,但采用适当的变通方法之后可圆满解决。文章以日本三菱制纸八户工厂PM2纸机的微型靴式压榨改造为例,介绍了在现有纸机上进行节能降耗的方法及效果。
The speed-up and energy-saving reformation of the paper machine is an effective way to tap the potential of the paper machine and reduce the running cost. However, the reformation must have certain limitations.
