本文研究了磺胺嘧啶与苯醌和四氯苯醌之间的荷移反应。实验表明:磺胺嘧啶与苯醌反应是在酸性介质中进行;与四氯苯醌反应则在碱性介质中进行。络合物最大吸收波长分别在500nm和356nm,表观摩尔吸光系数分别是4.6×10~3和5.0×10~3L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1),络合物组成比是1:1,比尔定律的线性范围分别为5~60μg/mL和5~20μg/mL。应用拟定的方法测定磺胺嘧啶片剂含量,结果令人满意。
In this paper, the charge-transfer reaction between sulfadiazine and benzoquinone and chloranil is studied. Experiments show that: sulfadiazine and benzoquinone reaction is carried out in acidic medium; and chloranil reaction with alkaline medium. The maximum absorption wavelength of the complex was at 500 nm and 356 nm, respectively, and the apparent molar absorptivities were 4.6 × 10 -3 and 5.0 × 10 -3 L · mol -1 (-1) cm -1, respectively. The complex composition ratio Is 1: 1, the linear range of Beer’s law is 5 ~ 60μg / mL and 5 ~ 20μg / mL respectively. Application of the proposed method for the determination of sulfadiazine tablets content, the results are satisfactory.
