目的 :评估宫腔形含铜系列宫内节育器的有效性、副反应和可接受性。方法 :通过电子和手工检索查阅至2 0 0 2年国内外发表的相关文献 ,按照循征医学的方法进行筛选和评估。结果 :共检索到 39篇相关文献 ,4篇关于宫(药 )铜 2 0 0和 5篇关于宫 (药 )铜 30 0的文献纳入本评估。结果 :宫 (药 )铜 2 0 0IUD与TCu2 2 0CIUD有效性以及 1年、2年累积续用率相似 ;宫铜 30 0IUD有效性与TCu2 2 0CIUD和TCu2 0 0IUD相似 ;宫药铜 30 0IUD有效性与母体乐 375IUD和TCu2 2 0CIUD接近 ,但略差于TCu380AIUD ;宫 (药 )铜 30 0IUD与TCu380AIUD和母体乐 375IUD 1年、3年、5年累积续用率相似。 1年内宫药铜IUD出血副反应较不含药者低。结论 :选择宫铜IUD时宜优先考虑含铜 30 0mm2 的器具 ;需开展TCu380AIUD与宫铜 30 0IUD临床随机对照试验
PURPOSE: To evaluate the efficacy, side effects and acceptability of intrauterine copper-containing IUDs. Methods: Through electronic and manual retrieval access to the relevant literature published in 2002 at home and abroad, in accordance with the method of screening for medical screening and evaluation. RESULTS: A total of 39 related articles were retrieved and 4 articles on Gong (drug) copper 200 and 5 articles on Gong (drug) copper 300 were included in this assessment. Results: The efficacy of copper (200) IUD and TCu220CIUD in palace (medicine) and the cumulative follow-up rates at 1 year and 2 years were similar. The effectiveness of copper 30 0IUD was similar to that of TCu2 2 0CIUD and TCu2 0IUD. Sexual and maternal music 375IUD and TCu2 2 0CIUD close, but slightly worse than TCu380AIUD; Palace (drug) copper 30 0IUD and TCu380AIUD and maternal music 375IUD 1 year, 3 years, 5 years cumulative cumulative similar. Intrauterine copper IUD bleeding within 1 year less side effects than those who do not contain drugs. CONCLUSIONS: Choosing the copper IUD should give priority to the copper-containing 30 0mm2 devices; clinical randomized controlled trials of TCu380AIUD and copper
