科研院所离退休人员都曾在科研工作上为祖国做出贡献,在他们离退之后,需要更多的是人文关怀,因此作为退休干部管理中心的工作人员,一定要做好离退休人员的管理工作,以“服务”为核心,坚持“以人为本”的服务理念,为广大离退休人员服务,使他们能够安享晚年,感受到社会主义大家庭的温暖。文章分析了当前科研院所离退休人员的特点,并提出了“以人为本”离退休人员服务的具体策略。
