首次提出了用胶体滴定法测量季铵盐羧酸型两性淀粉的阴、阳离子取代度.通过测量已知羧基取代度的氧化淀粉或已知季铵盐取代度的阳离子淀粉的阳性需求量或阴性需求量,对其做出取代度与需求量的校正工作方程,使用内插法分别得出了该两性淀粉的阳离子取代度和阴离子取代度.在用传统测量方法测量该两性淀粉的阴、阳离子取代度分别为0.022和0.032的情况下,使用新胶体滴定法测量的结果分别为0.018和0.033.对比两种方法,使用新胶体滴定法避免了阴、阳离子基团在测量过程中的变化.通过机理分析,使用胶体滴定法测量该淀粉更准确、更符合实际情况.
