采用转矩流变仪制备了双(γ-三甲氧基甲硅烷丙基)胺接枝EVA共聚物,探讨了其作为增容剂对聚氨酯/硅橡胶过氧化物硫化热塑性弹性体微观结构及力学性能的影响。研究发现,当增容剂用量从0增加到6%时,拉伸强度从5.8 MPa增加到6.9 MPa,断裂伸长率从127.6%提高到263.5%,对应的微观结构上,两相结合边界上孔洞缺陷明显减少,相容性提高。
