采用程氏指数法鉴定了71份水稻种质资源的籼粳属性,将其分为籼、偏籼、偏粳、粳4类。同时选用15对SSR引物对供试材料进行了遗传多样性分析,结果共检测到80个等位基因,平均每对SSR引物检测到5.33个,平均多样性指数(I)为1.24,多态性信息含量(PIC)为0.59,供试材料中籼稻的遗传多样性大于粳稻。根据遗传相似系数进行聚类分析,将供试材料分为2大类(籼稻和粳稻),聚类结果与形态分类结果基本相符。
The indica and japonica properties of 71 rice germplasm resources were identified by Cheng’s index method, which were divided into indica, indica rice, partial japonica rice and japonica rice. At the same time, 15 pairs of SSR primers were used to analyze the genetic diversity of the tested materials. A total of 80 alleles were detected. The average number of SSR primers detected was 5.33 with an average diversity index (I) of 1.24. The information content (PIC) was 0.59, and the genetic diversity of indica rice was greater than that of japonica rice. Cluster analysis based on genetic similarity coefficient, the test materials are divided into two categories (indica and japonica rice), clustering results and morphological classification results are basically consistent.
