In 2013, Tianjin Port will continue to ensure a total investment of 13.5 billion yuan in fixed assets and 188 capital construction projects in the year. Investment priorities will remain concentrated in the ports of Dongjiang and Nanjiang. The Dongjiang Port Area will speed up the construction of two projects in the eastern part of the Yangtze River-the northern breakwater project in the east of Xinjiang and the second phase of the cruise home port, promote the construction of functional auxiliary facilities in the bonded port area and improve the infrastructure supporting conditions. In the port area of South Xinjiang, the project will focus on the expansion of capacity and speed up the construction of the Shenhua Coal Wharf Phase II Project and the South Xinjiang LNG Terminal Project and related supporting projects so as to further improve the port of South Xinjiang
