Objective: To explore the change of high-frequency air conduction threshold in tinnitus patients with normal pure tone hearing threshold. Methods: Forty-eight cases of tinnitus patients with normal pure tone hearing threshold were enrolled in this study. The patients were randomly divided into two groups according to age, 25 years old (14 cases), 26 to 35 years old (18 cases), 36 to 45 years old (16 cases) Example) Divided into 3 age groups. At the same time, 30 cases of normal hearing, no tinnitus youth as a normal control group, analysis of four groups extended high-frequency air conduction threshold and tinnitus relationship. Results: Compared with the normal control group, the average frequency of high-frequency hearing thresholds at the affected side of the three age groups was significantly lower than that of the normal control group (P <0.01); the ipsilateral extension of each age group The difference between the high-frequency thresholds and the hearing thresholds of the same side of the three age groups was statistically significant (P <0.01), except for ≤2 5 years old group and 26 to 35 years old group had no statistical significance ( P> 0.05), there was no significant difference between the groups ≤25 years old and the normal group at 10 .0 kHz, 12.0 kHz and 14.0 kHz (P> 0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Tone thresholds for extended HF guided by tinnitus patients with normal pure tone hearing thresholds are not necessarily normal and tinnitus may be one of the early signs of disease in the inner ear. However, for patients aged 30 and older, extended HF hearing threshold changes It may also be age-related. Extended high-frequency hearing threshold test should be used as a routine hearing test
