我国宗教财产使用法律规范未形成体系,存在基本原则缺失、使用具体规范无序、监督体系粗陋等诸多立法缺陷;使得无法对面临市场经济冲击的宗教财产使用良好调整,宗教自身难以“洁身自好”。当整合宗教财产概念、增添宗教财产使用基本原则、调整使用管理规则、完善监督机制,形成宗教财产使用管理规范体系。
The legal norms of the use of religious property in our country have not formed a system, there are many legislative defects such as the lack of basic principles, the use of specific norms, the poor supervision system and so on; making it impossible to properly adjust the religious assets facing the impact of the market economy, and religion itself is difficult to “clean itself” ". When integrating the concept of religious property, adding basic principles for the use of religious property, regulating the use of management rules, perfecting the supervision mechanism and forming a system for regulating the use of religious property.
