本文系统地研究了不同Ce含量对Ti-5Al-5Mo-2Sn-0.25Si铸造合金的显微组织和机械性能的影响,以及Ce在合金中与各合金元素的关系。存在形式和强化机制等问题。微量Ce的添加对此合金的室温机械性能影响不大,但可提高合金的高温持久强度。合金的综合机械性能以含0.02—0.03%Ce为最好。添加微量Ce使高温持久强度得到提高的原因是氧化铈质点的弥散强化作用、位错亚结构的稳定化作用以及晶界净化作用等共同影响的结果。
In this paper, the effects of different Ce contents on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Ti-5Al-5Mo-2Sn-0.25Si cast alloy and the relationship between Ce and alloying elements in the alloy were systematically investigated. Existing forms and strengthening mechanisms and other issues. The addition of trace Ce has little effect on the mechanical properties of the alloy at room temperature, but it can improve the high temperature endurance strength of the alloy. The overall mechanical properties of the alloy with 0.02-0.03% Ce is the best. The reason for the addition of a small amount of Ce to increase the high-temperature endurance strength is that the dispersion strengthening effect of cerium oxide particles, the stabilization effect of the dislocation substructure and the purification of the grain boundary are all combined.
