为研究绞股蓝微粉发酵物对断奶仔猪免疫功能的影响,选取70头21日龄“杜×长×大”断奶仔猪,随机分为7组,每组10头,试验期42d。其中,Ⅰ组为对照组,Ⅱ-Ⅳ组分别为未发酵绞股蓝微粉0.5%、1.0%、1.5%剂量组,Ⅴ-Ⅶ组分别为绞股蓝微粉发酵物0.5%、1.0%、1.5%剂量组。在试验期第1、14、28和42天时检测血清中的猪瘟抗体水平。在试验期第21、42天时测定外周血T淋巴细胞亚群(CD4~+/CD8~+)的比值和血清免疫球蛋白(IgG、IgA)的含量。结果显示:1.0%绞股蓝微粉发酵物能显著提高断奶仔猪的猪瘟抗体水平(P<0.05);1.0%绞股蓝微粉发酵物可以显著提高断奶仔猪血清免疫球蛋白(IgG、IgA)的含量(P<0.05);1.0%、1.5%绞股蓝微粉发酵物均可显著提高断奶仔猪外周血T淋巴细胞亚群(CD4~+/CD8~+)比值(P<0.05),且1.5%绞股蓝微粉发酵物差异显著(P<0.05)。结果表明:绞股蓝微粉发酵物可显著提高断奶仔猪免疫功能,且显著优于未发酵绞股蓝微粉。
In order to study the effect of Gynostemma microphylla on the immune function of weanling piglets, 70 21-day-old “Du × L × L” weaned piglets were randomly divided into 7 groups with 10 in each group and the experimental period was 42 days. Group Ⅰ was the control group, Group Ⅱ-Ⅳ were 0.5%, 1.0% and 1.5% of unfermented gypenosides respectively. GroupⅤ-Ⅶ were 0.5%, 1.0% and 1.5% of the groups respectively. Serum levels of CSFV were tested on days 1, 14, 28 and 42 of the trial period. Peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets (CD4 ~ + / CD8 ~ +) ratio and serum immunoglobulin (IgG, IgA) levels were measured at the 21st and the 42nd day of the experimental period. The results showed that 1.0% Gynostemma microphylla fermentation products could significantly increase the antibody level of classical swine fever virus in weanling piglets (P <0.05). 1.0% Gynostemma microphylla fermentation products could significantly increase the serum immunoglobulin (IgG, IgA) content of weaned piglets (P < 0.05). The ratio of T lymphocyte subsets (CD4 ~ + / CD8 ~ +) in peripheral blood of weaned pigs significantly increased (P <0.05) with 1.0% and 1.5% Gynostemma microphylla fermentation products, and 1.5% (P <0.05). The results showed that the gynostemma powder fermented material could significantly improve the immune function of weaned piglets, and was significantly better than the unfermented gypenosides.
