引言计算机辅助设计和计算机辅助设备(CAD/CAE)的进展迫切要求提供与之相适应的超高分辨率彩色显示器。然而,现有最好的彩色阴极射线管显示器只有约一百万个象素,如1280×1024个象素的逐行扫描型显示器。这对于显示十分精确的图象来说,它所显示的图线仍不够平坦。为解决这个问题,我们研制了一种超高分辨率全色图象显示器,它能在19英寸阴极射线管屏幕上显示四百多万个象素,产生边沿平滑的图象。为实现这种显示,240MHz带宽视频放大器、130kHz水平偏转电路及0.15mm节距的阴罩管也已研制出来,这些本文将予以论述。
Introduction Advances in computer-aided design and computer-aided equipment (CAD / CAE) are pressing for the provision of ultra-high-resolution color displays that are compatible with them. However, the best available color cathode ray tube displays have only about one million pixels, such as a 1280 x 1024 pixel progressive scan type display. This shows a very flat image for very accurate images. To solve this problem, we developed an ultra-high resolution panchromatic image display that displays more than 4 million pixels on a 19-inch cathode ray tube screen to produce a smooth-edged image. To achieve this display, 240MHz bandwidth video amplifier, 130kHz horizontal deflection circuit and 0.15mm pitch shadow tube has also been developed, which will be discussed in this article.
