针对克拉玛依油田的燃煤水暖锅炉负荷自动跟踪、燃烧自寻优、炉瞠负压稳定等控制目标,介绍了一套微机控制方案。提出了一种PID算法。实践证明,运用此方案可平均节煤10%以上。在完成相同测控要求条件下,3台10t/h锅炉用微机控制比用仪表控制节省投资13万元。此项技术应用于克拉玛依油田的90多座水暖锅炉房将会带来较大经济效益。
In view of the Karamay oilfield coal-fired plumbing boiler load automatic tracking, self-seeking combustion, furnace 瞠 negative pressure stability and other control objectives, introduced a set of microcomputer control program. A PID algorithm is proposed. Practice has proved that the use of this program can save coal on average more than 10%. In the completion of the same measurement and control requirements, 3 sets of 10t / h boiler with computer control than the instrument control to save 130,000 yuan investment. This technology applied to more than 90 Karamay oil-fired boiler room will bring greater economic benefits.
