油缸是小型液压捣固机的心脏,油缸里的压力油是靠几道“O”型橡胶密封圈密封,密封圈放置在油封槽里。油封槽加工的尺寸精度是决定油缸能否正常工作的关键。它的外径尺寸超过公差要求,压力油则大量外溢;外径尺寸小于尺寸公差要求,由于密封圈与活塞杆摩阻力增加,功率损失太大,捣固镐的夹实力或提升力则会感到不足。但是油封槽的外径尺寸用一般量具又无法测量,所以如何保证油封槽加工尺寸的精度已成为油缸加工中的一个突出的问题。目前采用的办法是利用车床溜板箱进刀丝杠来控制,这种办法精度不高,又不方便,更主要的是当工件从车床上卸下后无法检查。
The cylinder is the heart of a small hydraulic tamping machine. The pressure oil in the cylinder is sealed by several “O” rubber seals, and the seal ring is placed in the oil seal groove. Oil seal groove machining dimensional accuracy is the key to determine whether the normal working cylinder. Its outside diameter size exceeds the tolerance requirements, a large number of pressure oil spills; outside diameter size is smaller than the size tolerance requirements, due to friction ring seals and piston rod increases, the power loss is too large, tamping picks folder strength or lifting force will feel insufficient. However, the outer diameter of the oil seal groove can not measure with the ordinary gauge, so how to ensure the precision of the oil seal groove machining size has become a prominent problem in the cylinder machining. The current approach is to use the feed machine screwdriver slide box to control, this method is not accurate, inconvenient, but more importantly, when the workpiece removed from the lathe can not be checked.
