随着通信技术和计算机技术的飞速发展,中国的通信事业跨入了一个崭新的台阶。电信运营商为移动终端提供正常的基站信息,全方位实时管控是未来发展的必然。因此合理完善故障管理系统,保证基站安全稳定运行,是监控发展中的重中之重。本文主要介绍了现网中应用的故障管理系统,其中包括基站子系统故障调度,vip基站分级,故障工单的派发,处理,反馈,归档流程故障工单的派发,督办,归档流程等等。
With the rapid development of communication technology and computer technology, China’s communications industry has stepped into a brand new stage. Telecom operators to provide mobile terminals with normal base station information, all-round real-time control is the inevitable future development. Therefore, to properly improve the fault management system and ensure the safe and stable operation of the base station is the most important factor in the development of monitoring. This article mainly introduces the fault management system applied in the current network, including the base station subsystem fault scheduling, vip base station classification, fault ticket distribution, processing, feedback, archiving process failure ticket distribution, supervision, archiving process and so on.
