目的:研究腹腔镜联合手术围术期护理方式的特点以及对手术成功率和并发症的影响.方法:采用回归性分析的方法分析我院收治的48例腹腔镜联合手术患者,按照手术方式差异分为观察组与对照组,各有24例,分别采用综合护理与优质护理,对比两种不同护理方式的护理结果差异.结果:观察组患者的手术成功率、护理满意度更高、并发症发生率更低,和对照组患者的这几项指标相比,差异显著具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:对于腹腔镜联合手术患者来说,认真的做好围术期的护理,及时的发现患者的病情变化,采用正确的护理手段,制定科学的护理措施“,”Objective: To study the characteristics of perioperative nursing in laparoscopic combined surgery and its effect on the success rate and complications. Methods:The nursing methods of 48 patients with laparoscopic combined operation were analyzed by regression analysis. Results: Compared with the control group, the success rate of operation, higher nursing satisfaction and lower incidence of complications in the observation group were statistically significant ( P ＜ 0. 05 ) . Conclusion for patients with laparoscopic combined surgery, we should do a good job of perioperative nursing, find out the changes of patients\'\' condition in time, adopt correct nursing means, and formulate scientific nursing measures. It can greatly im-prove the succes rate of operation and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
