本文重点介绍互溶剂乙二醇丁醚和异丙醇等室内试验的酸化及排酸效果,探讨了互溶作用的原因。从试验知,加互溶剂和不加互溶剂的油井酸化效果差不多,不会污染油层。并且渗透率稳定时间还会提前,能起助排作用。助排原因是降低界面张力、使油水两相互溶、有一定破乳作用和降低地层残余水饱和度。由此可见,现场酸化工艺中,在注酸的前缘段先注互溶剂,预先形成一段油水互溶区,对排除残酸大有裨益。
