平炉合理的多装,确能提高产量,保证质量,获得全面较好的经济指标,不仅我国生产经验如此,而且被世界各国平炉实践所证实。反之,平炉过份的多装却会带来不良的后果。一、近年来国外平炉多装的情况 (一)苏联平炉多装的情况: 苏联一些平炉钢厂,在开始多装时,也只是采取增加假门坎的方法,因此事故增多,冷修率增加,冶炼时间延长,使生产率提高不多,以后对平炉以扩大炉床面积为基础相应扩大平炉有关部分,使平炉得到如下合理的多装,挖掘了平炉的潜力。
