目的优选乳癖康片的成型工艺条件。方法用正交试验,考察因素为润湿剂的种类,崩解剂、润滑剂的用量,考察指标为颗粒流动性、崩解时限、硬度,进行综合评分,优选成型工艺条件。结果用80%的乙醇为润湿剂,6%低取代羟丙基纤维素做崩解剂,0.7%硬脂酸镁为润滑剂,成型工艺最佳。结论该工艺条件稳定,可为生产提供理论依据。
Objective To optimize the molding conditions of Rupi’kang tablets. Methods The orthogonal test was used to investigate the factors such as the types of wetting agents, the amount of disintegrants and lubricants, the indexes of particle flowability, disintegration time and hardness, and the comprehensive evaluation of molding conditions. Results 80% ethanol as a wetting agent, 6% low-substituted hydroxypropyl cellulose as a disintegrating agent, 0.7% magnesium stearate as a lubricant, forming the best. Conclusion The process conditions are stable, which can provide a theoretical basis for production.
