尚健作为民族之主气与文化之精神源远流长。在经历汉魏之觉醒 ,初唐之孕育 ,尚健精神表现得愈为突出 ,这不仅仅与时代的个性解放、思想解放有着密切的联系 ,而且与作家个人心性之融凝与沉淀有着不可分割的联系。在这种具有个性和创造性的审美文化氛围中 ,造就了尚健精神的重要内涵 ,而这又正是这种精神的价值成因所在。这就使得盛唐诗歌之尚健精神浩然长存于宇宙万物之间。
