为满足智能配电网对通信技术的需求,根据智能配电网通信系统的特性,针对现有异构无线网络环境下的网络选择算法均未考虑接入决策后网络状态变化的现状,提出了一种基于马尔可夫模型的配电异构无线网络选择算法。该算法考虑到配电网通信业务接入网络后网络可用带宽的变化会影响业务所能得到的服务质量水平,针对网络可用带宽在业务选择网络时刻和之后时刻的动态变化建立马尔可夫模型,采用马尔可夫模型预测网络选择之后时刻业务所得到的收益值,并结合网络选择时刻的收益值以选择最优网络接入。仿真结果表明,该算法在保证网络畅通的同时,可以有效地提高配电网通信业务接入网络后的服务质量水平,提升网络整体性能,保证智能配电网运行的可靠、经济、安全、高效。
