1978年以来,国家实行对外开放政策,大批人员出国考察,同时也引进了大量的先进技术和设备,使我国轧钢工业的技术装备从五十年代水平达到七十年代水平。这批先进技术是我们的一笔巨大财富。根据冶金工业部周传典总工程师的指示:“用国家外汇引进的技术在国内不得搞封锁,要无偿地广为应用。”为避免盲目引进,我们汇编了全国轧钢企业引进技术和设备概况,供各企业领导和轧钢工作者参考。
Since 1978, the state has implemented the policy of opening up to the outside world and a large number of personnel have gone abroad for inspection. At the same time, a large number of advanced technologies and equipment have been introduced so that the technical equipment of the rolling industry in our country reaches the level of the 1970s from the 1950s. These advanced technologies are a tremendous asset to us. According to the instructions of Chief Engineer Zhou Chuan-dian of the Ministry of Metallurgical Industry, “Technology introduced by the state foreign exchange shall not be blocked in the country and should be widely applied at no consideration.” To avoid blind introduction, we compiled a survey of the imported technologies and equipment of rolling enterprises in China Business leaders and rolling workers for reference.
