目的探讨外周血单个核细胞(PBMCs)的人端粒酶反转录酶(hTERT)基因的表达水平对于肺癌的诊断意义。方法采用RT-PCR定量检测中国医科大学第二临床学院干诊科2002-03~2005-0230例肺癌住院患者及15名正常人外周血单个核细胞的hTERT的基因表达水平。结果肺癌患者和正常对照组的hTERTmRNA的吸光度值分别为0.906±0.112,0.407±0.104。两者比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论定量测定PBMCs的hTERTmRNA的表达水平是诊断肺癌患者的有效方法。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of human telomerase reverse transcriptase (hTERT) gene expression in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) for lung cancer. Methods RT-PCR was used to quantitatively detect the gene expression of hTERT in peripheral blood mononuclear cells from 302 outpatients with lung cancer from 2002-03 to 2005-02 in the Second Clinical College of China Medical University. Results The absorbance values of hTERT mRNA in lung cancer patients and normal controls were 0.906 ± 0.112 and 0.407 ± 0.104, respectively. The difference was significant (P <0.01). Conclusion Quantitative determination of hTERT mRNA levels in PBMCs is an effective method for the diagnosis of lung cancer.
