程控车床与数控车床比较,其特点是控制系统简单、造价低,利用挡铁、插销板等可对机床进行快速调整,故广泛应用于多品种中批量、中等规格、较复杂的零件加工中。CK5863程序控制立式车床是专为电机厂设计的,用来加工JO_3型6~9号电机端盖的液压半自动车床。刀架重复定位精度在0.005mm之内,加工精度Ⅱ级。机床除装卸工件外,刀架顺序动作、主轴变速、进给速度变换、动力卡盘夹紧力的调节以及主轴准停等均能自动完成。为了适应电机端盖加工的要求,我们在设计中采取了一些措施,使该机床具备下列各主要特点:
