的了解扩张后皮肤慢性损害的动态修复过程。方法选用7kg左右的狗为实验动物。实验分为扩张后即时、1个月、3个月、6个月、1年及对照组共6组,采用超微结构的观察及胶原定量分析等研究手段。结果发现扩张刺激可致皮肤慢性损害,早期修复表现为成纤维细胞功能活跃,胶原合成增加;随着时间的延长,成纤维细胞结构渐趋稳定,密体、密斑消失,胞浆减少,微粒纤细;大部分胶原纤维恢复正常的网状结构,但部分胶原纤维排列紊乱,呈“漩涡状”排列,似“瘢痕样”改变。结论扩张可致皮肤慢性损害,扩张后真皮组织修复并非组织再生
Understand the dynamic repair process of chronic damage to the skin after expansion. Methods 7kg or so dogs were selected as experimental animals.
