如何改革非公企业工会干部选任制度,促进基层工会民主政治建设,一直以来是余姚市朗霞街道总工会积极探索的重要课题。从2001年开始,朗霞街道总工会就有针对性地开始实施非公企业工会干部直选试点工作,对非公企业工会主席、委员“民主公推,全员参选”的模式进行了积极探索,通过多年来的实践探索,余姚市朗霞街道非公企业工会干部民主直选工作向着常态化、规范化、可持续化方向发展,截至目前,全街道229家非公企业工会干部全面实行了民主直选上岗,实现了“四个新”。
