目的:了解糖化血清蛋白可否作为糖尿病血糖控制指标及诊断辅助指标。方法:对42例糖尿病患者及42例正常健康个体行血糖、糖化血红蛋白及糖化血清蛋白测定。结果:糖化血清蛋白与空腹血糖显著相关(r=0.70,P<0.01),其敏感性、特异性及准确性分别为85.71%、92.85%和89.25%。结论:糖化血清蛋白可作为血糖控制指标及诊断辅助指标。
Objective: To understand whether glycosylated serum protein (glycosylated serum protein) can be used as an index of glycemic control and aided diagnosis of diabetes mellitus. Methods: The blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin and glycosylated serum protein were measured in 42 patients with diabetes mellitus and 42 healthy individuals. Results: Serum glycoprotein was significantly associated with fasting plasma glucose (r = 0.70, P <0.01). The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy were 85.71%, 92.85% and 89.25%, respectively. Conclusion: Glycated serum protein can be used as a marker of blood sugar control and diagnosis.
