在党的以经济建设为中心的方针指导下,自1992年以来,各区县政府为振兴本地区经济,相继推出了不同内容的经济开发工程项目。这些经济开发工程,在各区县乃至北京地区的社会经济发展战略中占有突出和重要地位,它们的实现,将使北京的经济建设迈上一个崭新的台阶。为使成人教育主动为经济发展服务,市成人教育局于今年3月组织了18个区县的成人教育局对本地区的重点经济开发工程与人才需求情况进行了调查,反映了以下几个方面的情况:
