乐果是我国重要农药产品,产量大,药效好。以前在乐果合成反应中主要靠人工操作,难以达到生产工艺要求的控制指标。因而影响了产品的质量和收率,并且工人劳动强度大,操作条件恶劣,职工身心健康深受影响。为此,我们研制了乐果生产工艺微机控制系统,现场使用证明其技术可靠,操作方便,深受工人的欢迎,并收到较好经济效益。
Dimethoate is an important pesticide product in China with large output and good efficacy. Before the synthesis of dimethoate mainly rely on manual operation, it is difficult to meet the control requirements of the production process. Thus affecting the product quality and yield, and workers labor-intensive, poor operating conditions, employees affected by physical and mental health. To this end, we have developed a dimethoate production process microcomputer control system, on-site use proved its technical reliability, easy operation, welcomed by workers, and receive better economic benefits.
