对氧化铁磷流态化还原进行了试验。结果表明:还原产品可代替废钢,通过线性回归分析,提出影响还原产品金属化率各因素的次序:温度→附碳量→压力→线速。分析了各影响因素对金属化率的影响;按未反应核模型求得表观反应速率常数、内扩散系数及表观活化能,提出的动力学模型的预报值同实测值基本吻合。
Fluidized reduction of iron oxide phosphorus was tested. The results show that the reduction products can replace the scrap steel. By linear regression analysis, the order of the factors that affect the metallization rate of the reduction products is proposed: temperature → carbon content → pressure → line speed. The effects of various influencing factors on the metallization rate were analyzed. The apparent reaction rate constant, internal diffusion coefficient and apparent activation energy obtained from the unreacted nuclear model were in good agreement with the measured values.
