Objective: To explore the rehabilitation effect of psychiatric patients after applying “humanistic management” in the open ward management mode. Methods: The diagnostic criteria of the 10th edition of International Classification of Diseases (ICD-10), which were hospitalized in the psychiatric ward between January 2013 and December 2014, were selected from the People’s Hospital of Shaoxing City. Under the age of 15, 80 cases of other childrens mental illness without other organic physical diseases, parents voluntarily participating in professional training and ward management and signing informed consent were randomly divided into study group (involving parents) and control group (n = 40) (No parental participation). The two groups implemented human-based management under the conditions of age, sex, disease type, course of disease and treatment method. Rehabilitation efficacy was measured by in-hospital mental rehabilitation evaluation scale (IPROS). Results: There was no significant difference in IPROS score between the two groups (P> 0.05). At the end of 4 weeks of hospitalization, the scores of IPROS score and subscale scores of 5 subscales in study group decreased more rapidly than those in control group Significance (P <0.05). Satisfaction evaluation, the study group than the control group scores higher, the difference was statistically significant (P all <0.05). Conclusion: The management of human beings in the open management mode of human-oriented management embodies humane care for children with parents, help to play the role of family support system so that children return to family and society more quickly. This achievement is not only conducive to the rehabilitation of children during hospitalization, but also conducive to the continuity of hospital out-patient management.
