多年的班主任工作让我感悟最多的就是,开好家长会是搞好班级工作的重要一环。笔者在结合所带班级实际、借鉴有关先进的班级管理经验,逐步探索出一条开好家长会的新路子。具体概括为六个字,即求实、特色、高效。一、求实,是开好家长会的基础班主任只有求实,才能做到有的放矢,避免家长会上做无用功。求实包括两层意思,一是内容上班主任要讲实情、抓重点,找准主要的、典型的、普遍存在且具有代表性的问题。优点
