研究了桃叶珊瑚甙对化学体系中产生的自由基的清除作用以及桃叶珊瑚甙对组织匀浆、线粒体、微粒体氧化损伤的保护作用.以Fenton反应和邻苯三酚自氧化反应产生自由基,分光光度法检测.结果显示,桃叶珊瑚甙有较强的清除自由基作用,对组织细胞及亚细胞膜性结构的氧化损伤有较好的保护作用.
The removal of free radicals produced by the chemical system and the protective effect of Podophylla on the oxidative damage of tissue homogenates, mitochondria and microsomes were studied. The free radicals generated by Fenton reaction and pyrogallol autoxidation were studied. Based on spectrophotometric detection, the results showed that P. oleifera has a strong free radical scavenging effect and has a good protective effect against oxidative damage of tissue cells and sub-cellular membrane structures.
