目的了解漳州古雷半岛鼠类密度及其体表昆虫分布情况,为口岸及地方卫生行政部门病媒生物防治提供本底资料。方法采用笼诱法进行鼠密度监测,捕获活鼠检集鼠体蚤类、螨类、蜱类等医学昆虫,全年监测进行统计分析。结果鼠密度较高,平均捕获率达12.26%,全年活动,季节高峰出现在5月和9月,种群构成中以臭鼩鼱为优势种,鼠体表昆虫蚤类仅发现及印鼠客蚤,螨类有4个种群,蜱类未检出。结论调查摸清了漳州古雷半岛鼠类及体表昆虫种群构成和季节消长资料,为病媒生物和虫媒疾病的防制提供科学依据。
Objective To understand the density of rodents and the distribution of body surface insects in Gulei peninsula of Zhangzhou and to provide the background information for the vector control in port and local health administrative departments. Methods The caged density method was used to monitor the density of the rats. The live rats were collected to capture the fleas, mites and ticks of the rats, and were monitored for statistical analysis. The results of the rat density is higher, the average capture rate of 12.26%, the annual activities, the peak season occurred in May and September, the population composition of the stinkbug was the dominant species, only the body surface of the fleas were found in rats and rats Flea, mites have 4 populations, ticks were not detected. Conclusions The investigation found out the population composition and seasonal fluctuation of rodents and body surface insects in Gulei peninsula of Zhangzhou, and provided scientific evidences for the prevention of vector-borne diseases and insect-borne diseases.
