在经济体制和经济增长方式两个根本性转变中，我国抽水蓄能机组国产化机遇与困难并存．本文从电力市场、投资体制和机组制造三个方面阐述了我国抽水蓄能机组国产化的发展环境，并结合安徽省发电设备国产化的经验教训，探索了新体制下蓄能机组国产化的途径，最后针对加强国产化机组质量管理提出了几点建议
In the two fundamental changes in the economic system and the mode of economic growth, the opportunities and difficulties of localization of the pumped storage units in our country coexist. This article elaborates the localization environment of Pumped Storage Power Unit in China from three aspects of electricity market, investment system and unit manufacturing. Based on the experience and lessons of localization of power generation equipment in Anhui Province, this paper explores the ways of localization of Pumped Storage Unit Finally, some suggestions are put forward to strengthen the quality management of domestic unit
