为充分调动广大职工的积极性和创造性,为重庆市的两个文明建设建功立业,重庆市总工会今年初决定在全市职工中广泛开展“弘扬红岩精神,塑造当代重庆职工”演讲活动。半年多来,各级工会按照市总工会的部署,结合实际,广泛发动,精心组织,层层选拔,开展了各具特色的演讲比赛。据不完全的统计,各基层举办演讲赛近3000场,上万名演讲员上台演讲,直接听到演讲或通过闭路电视等受到教育的职工达80％以上。
In order to fully mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity of the vast numbers of staff and workers and establish a successful career for both civilizations in Chongqing Municipality, the Chongqing Federation of Trade Unions decided early this year to carry out a wide range of lectures on “promoting Hongyan spirit and shaping contemporary Chongqing workers” among employees in the city. In the past six months, the trade unions at all levels have conducted extensive speeches, carefully organized and selected layers of selection according to the deployment of the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, and conducted distinctive speech contests. According to incomplete statistics, grassroots organizations held nearly 3,000 speech lectures, with tens of thousands of lecturers giving speeches and directly receiving speeches or over 80% of educated workers through closed-circuit television.
