目的 探讨高功率微波 (HPM)辐射对兔眼晶状体的损伤作用。方法 80 0mW /cm2 功率密度的HPM辐射青紫蓝兔 2 0min ,于照后不同时间应用裂隙灯、光镜、激光扫描共聚焦显微镜和图像分析技术对兔眼晶状体辐射损伤进行检测。结果 HPM照射后 3 0d晶状体改变以变性为主 ,上皮细胞AgNOR和DNA含量明显下降。照射后 90d晶状体囊膜增厚 ,上皮细胞增生 ,AgNOR和DNA含量反跳性明显升高 ,晶状体后皮质混浊 ,白内障发生 ,随着时间的推移 ,病变持续性加重。结论 HPM可导致晶状体损伤及白内障发生 ,辐射引起上皮细胞增殖异常是白内障发生的重要原因。
Objective To investigate the damage of high power microwave (HPM) radiation on the lens of the rabbit eye. Methods Blue-violet rabbit irradiated with HPM at a power density of 80 mW / cm2 for 20 min were used to detect the radiation damage of the lens of the rabbit eye with slit lamp, light microscope, laser scanning confocal microscope and image analysis technology at different times. Results The lens changes were mainly denatured 30 days after HPM irradiation, while the content of AgNOR and DNA in epithelial cells was significantly decreased. At 90 days after irradiation, the capsular capsule was thickened, the proliferation of epithelial cells, the rebound of AgNOR and DNA content were significantly increased, the posterior cortex of lens was cloudy and the cataract was occurred. The lesions continued to worsen with the passage of time. Conclusions HPM can cause lens injury and cataract, and radiation-induced epithelial cell proliferation is an important cause of cataract.
