我乡从长沙曙湘实用技术研究所引进的大光木耳新苗株,经两年多点试验和重复比较该菌株表现出四个特点:①耐高温。在40℃的高温条件下,仍能保持旺盛出耳。②耐湿能力强,在潮湿的稻田、玉米地行间和阴雨连绵的季节仍出耳旺盛且不烂耳。③抗杂菌。对绿霉菌、根霉菌、毛霉菌等杂菌有较强的拮抗能力。④产量高。一般用木屑、玉米芯、稻草等作培养料,生物转化率150—200％。大光木耳与我省大面积栽培的黄背木耳相比较,具有口感细腻、价格高、产量高、销售快等优势,在市场上有竞争力,因此是值得推广的木耳新品种,现将其栽培技术介绍如下: 一、栽培季节:大光木耳子实体生长发育的适
