我场兽医室自1963—1980年以来,应用中草药配合西药治疗各种乳房炎282例,其中治愈252例,治愈率达89,4％,收到满意效果。有出血性乳房炎54例,治愈51例,治愈率达94,4％。疗效比较显著。现将我们的诊疗体会报道如下,其中错误难免,请指正。一、出血性孔房炎的病因 1、由产后败血症引起的出血性乳房炎3例。 2、由浆液性和卡他性乳房炎继发的出血性乳房炎15例。 3、由外伤引起的出血性乳房炎共36例,其中有牛顶伤19例,针伤或铁丝刺伤11例,牛体本身压伤6例。
Since 1963-1980, my field veterinary office has applied Chinese herbal medicine in combination with western medicine to treat 282 cases of various mastitis, of which 252 cases have been cured, and the cure rate has reached 89.4%, and satisfactory results have been received. There were 54 cases of hemorrhagic mastitis, 51 cases were cured, and the cure rate was 94.4%. The effect is more significant. Now we report on the experience of the diagnosis and treatment as follows. The error is inevitable. Please correct me. First, the cause of hemorrhagic porcine inflammation 1. Hemorrhagic mastitis caused by postpartum sepsis in 3 cases. 2. 15 cases of hemorrhagic mastitis secondary to serous and catarrhal mastitis. 3. There were 36 cases of hemorrhagic mastitis caused by trauma, including 19 cases of top injury, 11 cases of needle injury or wire stab wounds, and 6 cases of bovine body compression.
