编辑同志:我父亲于2011年10月到山东省某建筑公司工作,2012年2月3日,父亲在工作中因脊柱神经受损导致下肢瘫痪,2012年7月,经当地社保行政部门认定为工伤,2012年8月,经当地劳动能力鉴定委员会鉴定为二级伤残,2012年9月4日,我父亲不幸去世。我们家属要求享受父亲的工亡待遇,单位称我父亲处于停工留薪期,只能支付我父亲的丧葬补助金。
