将Inconel 617B焊接接头试样及其焊后热处理试样在750℃下时效1000~5000 h,通过对比室温拉伸强度、硬度以及冲击韧性,采用扫描电镜、透射电镜分析两组试样的析出相,探讨焊后热处理对Inconel 617B时效性能的影响及机理。结果表明:时效前,焊后热处理试样母材区有析出相,焊缝区析出相数量略有增加。焊后热处理使Inconel 617B的强度、硬度升高,冲击韧性降低;时效后,焊后热处理试样析出相尺寸更大,随时效时间延长,两组试样析出相的尺寸区别逐渐减少。因此焊后热处理试样长时时效后的强度、硬度逐渐低于原始焊接接头试样,冲击韧性差值减少。
The Inconel 617B welded joint samples and their post-weld heat-treated specimens were aged at 750 ℃ for 1000-5000 h. The tensile strength, hardness and impact toughness at room temperature were compared by scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy. The effect and mechanism of postweld heat treatment on the aging properties of Inconel 617B were discussed. The results show that before aging, there are precipitated phases in the base metal of the heat-treated samples after welding, and the amount of precipitated phases in the weld zone slightly increases. After heat treatment, the strength and hardness of Inconel 617B increase, and the impact toughness decreases. After aging, the size of precipitated phase of the heat-treated post-weld heat treatment is larger, and with the aging time prolongs, the size difference of the precipitated phases decreases gradually. Therefore, the strength and hardness of the sample after heat treatment after aging for a long time are gradually lower than those of the original welded joint, and the difference of impact toughness is reduced.
