小学阶段的教育影响人的一生,而阳光体育运动作为提高国民体育素质的重要组成部分,应当充分融入小学教育的各个环节当中。通过分析现阶段小学体育教学的现状,论证了随着新时期新课程改革的不断发展和完善,引入体育竞赛,丰富活动方式,提升锻炼水平,进行阳光体育运动的必要性,将有利于学生劳逸结合;有利于健全他们的身心,完善他们的人格;有利于全民运动的开展,塑造美好的未来。
Education in elementary school affects one’s life, and sunshine sports, as an important part of improving national sports quality, should be fully integrated into all aspects of primary education. By analyzing the status quo of primary physical education at the present stage, it is demonstrated that with the continuous development and improvement of the new curriculum reform in the new era, the introduction of sports competitions, enrichment of activities, enhancement of the level of exercise and the need for sunshine sports will be beneficial to students’ Yi combination; conducive to perfecting their physical and mental, perfect their personality; conducive to carry out the national movement, shaping a better future.
