为了更好地贯彻推广节流装置国家标准(以下简称“国标”),作者编写了“流量测量标准节流装置设计计算程序”。(DJS—130BASIC语言;见本刊1981年第2期)本文对该程序中的差压选择方法作了较详细的分析,主要包括以下内容:影响差压选择的七个因素;目前国内“节流装置设计计算程序”中几种确定差压方法的比较;着重讨论了“两级分段选择差压的方法”;详细分析了“国标”草案中的“推荐最小雷诺数”,并指出了适合计算机的计算方法;文中还对计算结果进行检查的必要性及其方法作了简略说明。
