武钢热轧某厂卷取温度(CT)模型早期在薄规格(厚度≤2.0 mm)镀锡板高速轧制的情况下,CT控制精度不高,主要表现在卷取咬钢后和精轧抛钢前带钢卷取温度超高。设计开发1种分段偏差冷却控制策略,通过在带钢全长局部范围内分段设定目标CT偏差值,实现CT分段精确控制。实际CT控制精度数据证明,该策略取得了良好的效果,满足了产品质量性能要求,改善了二级系统CT模型的控制精度。

The actual CT control accuracy data proves that the strategy has achieved good results, meets the requirements of product quality and performance, and improves the control precision of CT model of two-stage system.
