本文所研究理论是近年来我系财管专业教育教学模式的一种创新,实践表明,经济法案例教学是引导学生在理解法学理论基础上的有效而独特的教学方法。采用“案例教学法”能够最大程度的激发学生的学习兴趣,使学生在掌握知识时更易举一反三,触类旁通。这种新模式的引入也为教师在更深入探索开放教育教学模式上提供了新的理论和实践指导。《经济法》课程涉及的法学内容较为广泛,从某种程度上说,已经突破了法学研究意义上的经济法内容。我院财管系
The research theory in this paper is an innovation of the teaching mode of finance specialty education in recent years. Practice shows that the teaching of economic case law is an effective and unique teaching method to guide students in understanding the theory of jurisprudence. The use of “case teaching method” to maximize the excitement of students’ interest in learning, so that students more easily grasp the knowledge of one o’clock, by analogy. The introduction of this new model also provides new theoretical and practical guidance for teachers to further explore the teaching mode of open education.
