1.故障现象1台配装康明斯M11-C225型柴油机的装载机,在冬季施工中突然自行熄火,且熄火后启动困难现象。2.原因分析该柴油机的PT燃油供给系统主要由断油电磁阀、燃油箱、燃油箱开关、燃油管、燃油滤清器、PT喷油泵和PT喷油器等组成。分析认为,造成该柴油机自行熄火的原因可能是:燃油供给电路故障,燃油箱油位过低,燃油箱通气孔堵塞,燃油箱开关堵塞,燃油滤清器堵塞,空气滤器堵塞,AFC空气燃油控制器膜片损坏,PT喷油器损坏,喷油泵磁性滤油器堵塞等。
