[目的]通过对2005年山西阳城恶性肿瘤死亡登记资料的分析,掌握阳城居民恶性肿瘤死亡规律及特征。[方法]按照《中国肿瘤登记工作指导手册》的要求,对2005年阳城居民恶性肿瘤死亡上报资料进行收集、整理、统计、分析;并与1973年、1983年和1993年的资料比较。[结果]2005年阳城新报告恶性肿瘤死亡病例831例,其中男性474例,女性357例。恶性肿瘤粗死亡率为214.75/10万(男性为241.88/10万,女性为186.90/10万),中国标化率182.61/10万,世界标化率245.25/10万。男性前5位恶性肿瘤死因顺位依次为:胃癌、食管癌、肝癌、肺癌、白血病;女性为:食管癌、胃癌、宫颈癌、肝癌、肺癌。贲门癌的中国标化死亡率为16.56/10万,占胃癌死亡的40.76%。[结论]食管癌依然是导致阳城居民恶性肿瘤死亡的主要疾病,同时阳城县也是全国宫颈癌高发地区之一,提示很可能有相同的病因,应重视这方面研究。
[Objective] Through the analysis of registration data of malignant tumor deaths in Yangcheng, Shanxi Province in 2005, we can know the rules and characteristics of malignant tumor death in Yangcheng. [Methods] According to the requirements of the Guidebook for Tumor Registry Work in China, the data of the reported deaths of malignant tumors in Yangcheng residents in 2005 were collected, collated, statistically analyzed and compared with the data of 1973, 1983 and 1993. [Results] In 2005, a total of 831 cases of cancer deaths were reported in Yangcheng, including 474 males and 357 females. The crude death rate of malignant tumors was 214.75 / 100,000 (241.88 / 100,000 for males and 186.90 / 100,000 for females), with a standardization rate of 182.61 / 100,000 in China and a world standardization rate of 245.25 / 100,000. The top 5 male causes of death were as follows: gastric cancer, esophageal cancer, liver cancer, lung cancer and leukemia; women were esophageal cancer, gastric cancer, cervical cancer, liver cancer and lung cancer. Cardiac cancer of China’s standardized mortality rate of 16.56 / 100,000, accounting for 40.76% of gastric cancer deaths. [Conclusion] Esophageal cancer is still the leading cause of malignant tumor death in Yangcheng, and Yangcheng County is also one of the high incidence areas of cervical cancer in the country. It suggests that it is likely to have the same etiology and attention should be paid to this aspect.
